1. Who Operates This Intake

This market-validation and technical intake is operated by Aurora HQ Project Initiative (Early-stage market-validation and technical-research project in the UAE; no MENA legal entity has yet been formed) under the Aurora HQ project brand. Aurora HQ has not yet formed a legal entity in MENA. The intake is used to assess genuine market interest and the technical requirements behind that demand. 2. Categories of Information Processed

We collect business information submitted voluntarily via our intake forms:

• Corporate Contact Data: Company name, business email address.
• Technical Specifications: System architecture, rack quantities, power envelopes, cooling interfaces, and workload configuration notes.
• Campaign Attribution: Campaign attribution parameters (UTM parameters, Google Click Identifiers / gclid) are processed to evaluate marketing channel effectiveness.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

With the submitter's explicit consent, information is used to evaluate market interest, understand technical requirements, respond to the request, and protect the intake form.

4. Service Providers

Limited service providers may process only the information needed to host and protect the intake, deliver operational notifications, and provide optional measurement where separately permitted.

5. Retention and Requests

Submitted contact and technical data is retained for no longer than 30 calendar days after submission and is then removed from active records. You may request earlier deletion via sourcing@aurorahq.ae.
